Scamp Theatre’s delightful adaptation of Julia Donaldson & Axel Scheffler’s Stick Man returned to Leicester Square Theatre for a run over Christmas and New Year 2019. At which point, JHI had to pleasure of working with the producer, venue and cast.
We utilized an array of marketing mediums to ensure the production had adequate exposure and engagement from the public. This included multiple outdoor campaigns of LEPs 6 and 4- sheets, staggered and altered to adhere to key dates within the campaign. We ran print and digital ads with popular family publications such as CBeebies and Time & Leisure Junior in order to reach our target market of families with young children. Additionally, we effectively ran a continuous paid social and digital campaign supported by See Tickets and What’s on Stage.
A campaign highlight was when JHI filmed an updated promotional trailer and did a photo shoot with Stick Man’s new cast. The new trailer was pivotal to the campaign and was successfully crafted featuring engaging scenes from the production while also offering valuable insight to the actors’ experiences through interviews.
