Grayson Perry: Them & Us
Working with FANE on their 2018 national tour of Grayson Perry: Them & Us, JHI was fully accountable for all aspects of the Marketing and Ticketing campaigns, including inventory management; venue liaison; marketing strategy; budgets; promotions; and sales reporting.
Overseeing the design and supply of all marketing materials we devised and implemented a co-ordinated national campaign alongside targeted local activity to drive awareness and increase performance. Keeping a close eye on sales we worked proactively with tour venues in planning out local contra spends and preparing effective digital & social media strategy alongside print and outdoor campaigns, maintaining a constant dialogue to ensure continuity.
The tour achieved great success thanks to the hard work and dedication of the team, completely selling out across over 70% of venues and overperforming against the high-end target set by the client.
