SIX and Tonic

The countdown is on to the Olivier awards and we are getting incredibly excited to be watching our very own SIX queens perform on stage! For those wanting to watch it will be broadcast on ITV 1 on the night! Talking of SIX… Both teams at JHI and Fane Production got together last week to go and see the fabulous show and it did not disappoint! We had a fantastic evening at the Arts Theatre seeing the fabulous queens!

On Monday night we had the honour of attending the Tonic Awards at the May Fair Hotel. This is an extraordinary evening full of inspirational women. Our leader Jo Hutchison had the pleasure of presenting Paula Garfield an award for her unwavering commitment to opening theatre up and for the care and energy she puts into Deafinitley Theatre.

It was a momentous occasion watching Liza Pulman perform at the Lyric Theatre last week. This was the first of the series of shows at the Lyric Theatre and we are thrilled that this wonderful show has received a 4-star Times review. Very deserving indeed!

Jason Robert Brown will be playing at the Haymarket Theatre this Sunday as part of Sunday Encounters. The Tony Award-winning composer-lyricist will be joined by the talented Carrie Hope Fletcher; Olivier nominee Rachel Tucker, star of Come From Away; and Tyrone Huntley, Olivier nominee for Jesus Christ Superstar. Be sure to not miss out on this one-nighter!

BBC Comedy announced the six-part series ‘The Goes Wrong Show’ for BBC One last month and yesterday the filming began! The six half-hour episodes are written by and star original founders of the Mischief Theatre.

Again, we are so delighted that JHI team has grown again and this week we had the wonderful Sophie Partridge join us as Digital Marketing Manager!
