Royalty is in the air!
With royalty being the talk of the town, we thought we would celebrate love, marriage and all things regal in this week’s blog!
Our Six queens are getting ready to showcase in Norwich in two months’ time. Let’s hope that Meghan and Harry’s marriage turns out a lot nicer than Henry and his six wives!
The Vaudeville Theatre is currently showing Oscar Wilde’s play An Ideal Husband. Of course, we know that Meghan has found her ideal husband but, out of the gorgeously Wilde boys in our cast, who would yours be?
We also have the return of Horrible Histories - Barmy Britain this year and what better way to get excited than to have shown the world how brilliantly bonkers our royal family is.
Finally, we have Lonely Planet, set during the AIDS crisis of the 80s. As Prince Harry was in the news so much over the weekend, let’s celebrate the work both he and his mother did in raising awareness and fighting the stigma of AIDS and HIV. JHI is very pleased to be working on Lonely Planet, which focuses on friendship and the struggle of coming to terms with illness, mortality and the stigma associated with AIDS - at Trafalgar Studios from the 12th of June.
