A Celebration of Women

We would like to make this blog a celebration of women. We work with plenty of amazing women in this industry - from producers to actors, and everyone in-between, and we want to shed light on some of the amazing women we are working with right now.

We cannot talk about women in theatre without mentioning the sassy, talented, beautiful queens in SIX. They have taken London by storm, with 5* reviews and sold out shows! It was described in the Evening Standard as ‘the most uplifting piece of new British musical theatre I have ever had the privilege to watch!’.

We are so lucky to work on the beautiful show Songs For Nobodies, a one-woman show by Joanna Murray-Smith, starring the extraordinarily talented Bernadette Robinson. Robinson brings to life five iconic singers - Judy Garland, Patsy Cline, Billie Holiday, Edith Piaf and Maria Callas, as well as the nobodies they encounter. It has garnered rave reviews and, after a successful run at Wilton’s Music Hall, will be returning to the West End at the Ambassador’s in January.

Last week we announced the on-sale of Liza Pulman at the Other Palace in October and November! The much-admired singer and comedienne celebrates the legend of Barbra Streisand, in this remarkable 5* show! Two fabulous women to celebrate, so a show definitely not to miss!

There are so many women in this industry that we would love to mention, but it would be a very long list. However, in the era of #MeToo and, as mentioned in previous blog posts, a time when conditions are changing for mothers, it’s a very exciting time for women in theatre!
